The 90 day program consists of:
- 1 clarity life coaching session
Your first session will be a full hour in which we establish your most important goals, dreams and primary challenges/obstacles, and start to create an action plan for you.
After your first intensive session you will have:
- 3 30 minute nutrition coaching sessions
- 25 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training personal training sessions
- Email and text support between sessions
