When I’m thin, I fell happier and I’ll start to date.
When my butt is more toned, I’ll feel better about myself.
When I have more cash in the bank, then I’ll focus on self care.
When I’m thin, with a firm ass, have curtains that match my fancy couch and an extra zero in my bank account and everything is PERFECT… then I’ll be happy.
The crazy idea that when we’re perfect, life will automatically become awesome is simply not true. There is no happy button that gets pressed as soon as your jeans get bigger, the number on the scale changes or your bank account increases.
The greatest challenge for most of us is learning how to be happy right now, in this moment.
Not when. Not if.
