Labour day weekend is over, which means fall is around the corner.
Those lazy summer days are now behind us and suddenly there’s a chill in the air that wasn’t there before. Most of us are sad for the end of summer but at the same time looking forward to new routines and a change.
September has always been a time for new beginnings – starting a new year of school with freshly sharpened pencils and wearing brand new clothes excitedly gathering with friends to chat about the summer vacation and checking out who’s hair is longer.
Almost like a NEW January.
I’m not alone in feeling that September is a fresh new start; research shows this is true.
This is a month where many people get back to the gym, start cooking at home more, redo household budgets and with kids going back to school, many families set new goals.
So as we enter September, I invite you to do a reset of your mindset and health + wellness goals.
