- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/4 ground ginger
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 1 tsp whole black peppercorns
- pinch sea salt
- cinnamon- optional
1. Combine turmeric, ginger, black pepper and cashew milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until simmering.
2. Carefully pour the hot liquid, through a fine strainer, into a blender.
3. Add the honey and coconut oil and tightly seal the lid.
4. Blend until smooth and frothy.
