Ingredients
- 4 apples
- 2 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground cloves
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F /175 C.
Cut apples in half and use a spoon to scoop out their cores.
Add the apples face up on a baking sheet or dish.
Melt the coconut oil in a small pot. Remove from heat and stir in the spices. Pour the oil mixture over the apples.
Bake until tender, about 15 min.
Before serving, stuff the apple cores with honey roasted walnuts.
