- 3 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 4 wide strips orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, maple, orange zest and ginger into a sauce pan and heat on medium-high.
Reduce to a simmer and cook until thickened, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in orange juice.
