Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (all natural please)
- 1 tbs maca powder
Instructions
Add the fruit, coconut oil and water in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Blend on low until the powder is mixed in.
