- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 table spoon hemp seeds
- 1/4 avocado
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (all natural please)
Add the spinach and water in a blender. Blend until there are no bits left.
Add in remaining ingredients. Blend on low until smooth. (You may need some additional water.)
Sprinkle with coconut.
