Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 2 tbs coconut milk
- 1 tbs pomegranate powder
- chia seeds
- hemp seeds
- fresh berries
- plain yogurt – preferably organic (I used sheep)
Instructions
In a blender, add 1/4 banana, coconut milk & pomegranate powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour over plain yogurt. Top with remaining banana (sliced), berries, chia & hemp seeds.
