Many of my clients start working with me because they want to lose weight or change something about their body.
Yes, It’s totally fine to want a cute butt or to lose some fat, but we need to start looking at the bigger picture. It’s about wanting to be the best version of yourself.
My goal is to help shift the perception of exercise as an obligation or something you do to change what you do not like your body, to something you do because you feel awesome and energized when you do. Moving your body daily is one of the best ways you can give yourself some love. You’ll have more energy and you will benefit in all aspects of your life.
As I coach and trainer, I feel that we have complicated the concept of exercise, and have put waaaaay too much emphasis on weight. Let’s start making it a little simpler. JUST MOVE! Start by moving your body everyday.
