Thank you so much for all the great feedback regarding my last post, How to start loving your body NOW. I really enjoyed reading all your comments and emails, and was touched by all your stories.
Many of you asked me to do a follow up where I expand on one of the points each week. So this week we are starting off with my favorite topic:
Enjoy delicious food.
No more counting calories, measuring portions and obsessing over food labels. Nourish your body healthy and delicious foods you actually like. And when you do splurge, enjoy it.
And for me, enjoying delicious foods includes yummy + healthy treats. I lovelovelove baking. And it is possible to create delicious treats that actually nourish your body. Here are 2 of my fave recipes. (All are gluten free, grain free and refined sugar free.)

Once shredded, squeeze as much liquid out of them as possible. Set aside Mix together the eggs, coconut sugar, almond butter, coconut oil. add in the dry ingredients. These look delicious Ana. It’s a great idea to make a big batch, keep them in the freezer and they’re ready for anytime you’re on the go. Thanks for the post!

Chestnut flour can be found at most HF stores. If you can’t find it, you can try almond flour.
