This week’s topic is something I’ve personally struggled with in the past and need to remind myself of from time to time too.
In my coaching practice, I see many entrepreneurs and executives who spend time making big things happen in their careers, but no time taking care of themselves.
They are smart, driven and accomplished, but at the same time exhausted and depleted. While pursuing a rockin’ career, they’ve compromised their health.
Now, I know it’s hard to find time for yourself. But it’s really important. You can only give what you have. If you take care of your health and well being, you show up better in all areas of you life.
In today’s video I share my 5 easy tips to build your career, without sacrificing your health.
