As I coach and trainer, I feel that we have complicated the concept of “healthy living”, and have put waaaaay too much emphasis on weight. Let’s start making it simpler. Let’s shift the perception of exercise and healthy eating from an obligation or something you do to change what you don’t like your body, to something you do because you feel awesome and energized when you do. Moving your body and eating nourishing foods daily is the best way you can give yourself some love. You’ll have more energy and you will benefit in all areas of your life.
