Green Piña Colada
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1/4 avocado
- 3 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
Add the spinach and almond milk in a blender. Blend until there are no bits left.
Add in remaining ingredients. Blend on low until smooth. (You may need some additional water.)
Sprinkle with coconut.
Berry Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup fresh or frozen berries
- ½ banana
- ½ avocado
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1tbs shredded coconut
Instructions
Place almond milk, berries, banana, and avocado in a blender. Blend until smooth. (keep consistency a little thicker that a regular smoothie)
Add smoothie to a bowl and top with additional berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds and coconut. For addition yum sprinkle with this granola.
