How do you feel about change?
Some people love change, and some are constantly resisting it.
But of course, it’s more complicated than that. Some of us are really great at accepting and creating change in our careers, but not that comfortable with change in our relationships or health habits.
There are usually 2 reasons people feel the need to shake thing. You see something you want and realize that the only way to get it, is to let go of a situation or a habit, and do something differently. Or you get to a place where one more day of staying where you are is unbearable, and you know you need to change something NOW.
But if we’re not used to paying attention to the signs that let us know it’s time to make a change, it’s not always easy to recognize them. Taking a few minutes a day to simply focus on your breath and quiet your mind can be really helpful. Being still creates the space for deep listening. It allows you to hear the truth and clarity that is normally muted by mental noise and external busyness.
So in today’s video, I’m sharing 3 signs that it’s time to make a change.

My big one is jealousy. I only noticed it myself in the last year but I did the same thing with hating Facebook and avoiding my friends lives! They were doing things that I wanted to be doing so I couldn’t stand to watch while I felt as though I was stagnating.
