Ingredients
4 handfuls of Spinach
1/2 cauliflower, roasted
1 cup cooked pumpkin, cubed
1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Directions
Arrange vegetables on a large plate. Drizzle with tahini dressing. Sprinkle with hemp seeds and pomegranate seeds.
