- 1 beet
- 1 carrot
- 1 lemon
- 2-4 swiss chard leaves and stems
- 1 thumb size piece of fresh ginger (optional)
Using a juicer, place all the fruits and veggies in one by one.
Note: If you’re used to adding more sweet veggies, and no green veggies, gradually decrease the carrots/beets and increase the chard..
