- 1 cup mango
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 cup cashew milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tbs maca powder
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (all natural please) — Optional
Add the mango, coconut oil and milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add in remaining ingredients. Blend on low until the powder is mixed in.
