- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon maple syrup, or honey
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of collagen
Add all the ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until there are no lumps. Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
