Ingredients
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 fennel bulb
- 3 romain lettuce leaves
- thumb size chunk of fresh ginger root
- 1 apple
- 1/2 lemon (optional)
Instructions
Using a juicer, place all the fruits and veggies in one by one.
Note: If you’re used to adding more sweet veggies, and no green veggies, gradually decrease the carrots and increase the romaine lettuce..
