The month of December, is the perfect time to reflect and look back on everything you have experienced, discovered and achieved during the last 12 months.
And as the end of the year draws near, most of us will start to think about what we want to create for ourselves in the next year. But before you jump into goal setting for 2016, I invite you to take some time to reflect on this past year.
A yearly review is a great exercise in living consciously and mindfully. It’s a great way to slow down, think about your favourite moments and to celebrate some of the great things that you may have forgotten It’s also a great check in to see what in your life that is making you happy and what is not.
This year I created a brand new journal for you. It’s filled with questions to help you reflect, appreciate and celebrate different areas of your life and get you pumped for 2016. You can do this review alone, with a friend or your main squeeze. So get cozy and grab a tea, go for a walk, or my personal fave -get dressed up and break out the bubbly.
