Summer is here! And we are officially reaching the midway point of the year.

A mid-year check in is great way to reflect on the first half of the year. To be grateful for all the fantastic stuff that happened, to check in with the goals you set earlier this year, and to figure out where you want to go the second half.
And the summer solstice marks a turning point and new energy beginnings in the year, making it powerful time to set intentions and create new routines and commitments.
