Most of us sets goals, intentions or resolutions.
But very few people achieve them. Why?
It’s so easy to slip back into old habits or to go into our “yeah buts”. Staying motivated and connected everyday is the tough part. This is the most difficult step I see when I work with my clients, and the most difficult part for myself too. The big goals are more fun for most of us. But the day to day is the less sexy part.
So today I want to share 3 ways to stay connect to your vision or goal.

Thanks for a great video that I can refers back to. #3 was the most important for me since I tent to not keep as good of a track of all my goals for the week and can forget a few of them. Great advice!
