Something I hear from my clients more often than not, is. “I’m happy to eat a salad’, followed by every excuse in the book not to prepare one at home, or pack it for lunch.
But if you don’t pack a lunch what ends up happening is you grab whatever you find. And this is usually some kind of starch, or unless you’re paying a lot for a decent restaurant- or live somewhere where you can get organic, green yummy goodness everywhere –cheap poor quality foods and garbage oils.
Here’s the thing.
Want to show up and be more productive at work? You gotta eat well, especially mid-day.
Want an energy filled healthy, strong, sexy body and glowing skin? Eat more veggies.
So in today’s video, I’m sharing how tomake a quick and easy salad in a mason jar, that you can make a couple days ahead and take it to work.
Recipe for honey dijon vinaigrette
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white-wine vinegar (I used cava vinegar)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
