I’m here to tell you that tonight you should enjoy all the cupcakes, chocolate and any other treats you love…….. But before you head out tonight to any parties, you can do this workout to balance it all out.
My Killer Halloween Workout
25 pushups
25 Reverse lunges (right leg)
10 Burpies
25 Reverse lunges (left leg)
25 TRX Rows*
10 Burpies
30 Montain Climbers
10 Pistol Squats (right leg)**
10 Pistol Squats (left leg)**
10 Snake Pushups
20 Jump Tucks
25 TRX Rows*
10 Burpies
10 Walking Planks
20 Alternating Jump Lunges
20 Tricep Dips
15 Bicycles
*If you don’t have a TRX you can do the rows with tubing or a towel.
** If you can’t do pistol squats, do 20 normal squats.
This is NOT a beginner workout. If you are a beginner, remove the burpies, snake pushups, and jump tucks. Cut the # of reps in ½.
